As a UX Manager within the Global UX team, you will guide your team in executing on end-to-end experiences for consumers. You will guide your team in collaborating with other cross-functional team members to build and deliver the best possible mobile payments experience for our customers.

Job Description:

You will lead a team that has passion for designing intuitive cross-platform experiences leveraging prototyping techniques, empathy, and research with a test & learn mindset. You will help us find and develop great design talent and have a passion for coaching designers and partners in empathizing with customer problems, and how to diagnose them with data and treat them through design.

• Lead a team of designers, encourage best practices inprocess and methodology and deliver against business KPIs and customer needs.
• Lead UX efforts within your cross-functional team, including strategy, planning, participating in delivery and presenting effectively to stakeholders.
• Coach team to use established design system, style guides, patterns and assets in the creation of UX deliverables.
• Actively contribute to the wider UX community, leveraging your strengths to help others grow.
